Apartment Aide always strives to be a solution for turn cleaning consistently completed at the highest level possible. Each Apartment Aide cleaning tech goes through a rigorous 5 day training period to learn the distinct details that are important in a turn clean. Every apartment that is cleaned, is also checked by a Quality Control Supervisor, typically the following business day after the clean. This ensures that when your employees check the that the units are ready for move in, they are truly ready and your employees can check the apartment quickly and get back to the office even quicker.

Apartment Aide makes scheduling your apartment turn cleans easy! You will have direct contact with 1 office member that will determine with your employee, what is the best way to routinely schedule: phone call, text message, portal use, email, etc. Apartment Aide understands how important your schedule is whether its for a move-in or to stay within your corporate mandated turn window. We keep you organized and on-time!

Billing is important not only to keep your property’s accounting organized, but to also make sure your previous residents are billed back additional fees in a timely fashion before their account is closed out. If any additional fees are incurred due to how your previous resident left the unit, additional fees and pictures will be emailed at your request for your records. For your organization, weekly invoices are sent out, uploaded, or mailed – whatever is required for your company. Apartment Aide is currently enrolled in a variety of 3rd party compliance companies and can typically be approved at your property within 24 hours.

At Apartment Aide we FIRMLY believe PEOPLE are everything! Professionalism and team work is key. We are very picky about the cleaning techs we hire. It is typical that during an interview process we will have 50 applicants, interview 15 and choose 3. Cleaning techs and employees at Apartment Aide take pride in being part of our team! During the clean we note items that we see need to be fixed prior to move-in. We know know your maintance team is top notch, however, we know that an extra set of eyes always helps! This might mean a drawer doesn’t open easily, a crack is found in a fridge drawer, or even a light is burnt out – we try to catch as many of those as well can so your new resident doesn’t!
