Billing is important not only to keep your property’s accounting organized, but to also make sure your previous residents are billed back additional fees in a timely fashion before their account is closed out. If any additional fees are incurred due to how your previous resident left the unit, additional fees and pictures will be emailed at your request for your records. For your organization, weekly invoices are sent out, uploaded, or mailed – whatever is required for your company. Apartment Aide is currently enrolled in a variety of 3rd party compliance companies and can typically be approved at your property within 24 hours.
